Project Overview
Coregiri.com represents Saro Company providing diamond core drills and drilling accessories in Iran as the exclusive JINDU representative. Following the complete loss of the previous website’s data and hosting, the project involved rebuilding the site from zero. The primary objective was to create an online platform that drives potential customer calls to the company’s call center, before launching any online sales or price listings. Acting as Product Designer, I led research, sitemap and user journey creation, wireframing, and full WordPress development.
Research
To gain deep insights into user needs and business context, I conducted interviews with the client, call center operators, and recorded approximately 20 customer calls. This qualitative research revealed critical user concerns about product trustworthiness, ease of navigation, and a preference for direct communication via phone. These findings guided the strategic focus on customer support and lead generation rather than e-commerce.
Problems

Design Process
The design process began with creating a clear sitemap organizing products, support information, and contact points. A lean user journey was mapped to funnel visitors from homepage introductions through product categories to call-to-action prompts for phone contact. Wireframes for the homepage were designed and approved by the client, focusing on clarity and trust signals. The visual design and full website build were executed on WordPress, ensuring manageability for the client.

Results
The revamped Coregiri.com successfully reestablished the brand’s digital presence, safeguarded it from total data loss risks. After launching the website and optimizing with Google search, calls to the call center increased by 170% in three months. The design effectively facilitated lead generation through direct calls, meeting immediate business goals. The site’s foundation supports future online sales development, balancing current limitations with user-centered design and clear communication paths.
